Just call me "The Cookie Man."
I started baking as an experiment in 1985
by reading and using basic recipes as a guide.
Some were very good, others, well....not so good.

As I began baking cookies for friends in 1987,
I let their tastebuds be my guide. My friends and family
liked them so much that I was encouraged to bake cookies for
church sales, neighbors, friends, and any and all special occasions.
People were actually waiting for "Dave's Cookies!"

My ideal goal is to manufacture cookies within a café setting:
hot, fresh, and exciting! I believe that once you've tasted these natural ingredients,
you'll be hooked like so many others that have tried them for the very first time.
